Press Cartoon Europe (PCE) 2015

Os anunciamos la convocatoria de este nuevo certamen. El reglamento nos llega en Inglés, francés y otros dos idiomas, entre los que no se incluyen el Castellano, catalán, euskera o el gallego ni, por supuesto el bable o el aranés. 

EN INGLÉS

1. Participation in the PCE is free of charge.
2. The cartoons which you will submit must all have appeared in the course of 2014 in a newspaper, magazine or periodical which is available to the general public, and published in one of the European countries.
3. Each cartoon participating in the PCE must be accompanied by the name and date of the publication in which it originally appeared.
4. Each cartoon participating in the PCE must be accompanied by the author's personal details: family name, first name, full postal address, and telephone numbers, email address, website (if any).
5. Your cartoons, up to a maximum of three, must reach us by Tuesday 31th December 2014 at the latest.
6. Only cartoons uploaded on the website http://www.presscartoon.com/submission can participate in Press Cartoon Europe.
7. All texts and captions in a language other than French, English, German or Dutch must be translated into one of these four languages.
8. The selection committee of PCE will nominate 50 cartoons chosen from all those submitted to go forward for the PCE Grand Prix. The authors of these cartoons will be notified.
9. PCE will be authorized to exhibit all nominated cartoons at the International Cartoon Festival at Knokke-Heist on the Belgian coast during the summer of 2015, and also to publish them in the annual of best European press drawings of 2014.
10. PCE will be able to make free use of all the nominated cartoons for any publications or communications in connection with the prize, including press releases, posters, announcements of events organized by PCE such as exhibitions, symposia, etc.
11. The jury, composed of journalists from several European countries, will meet on Thursday 20^th February 2015 in Brussels, and will select the winning entry to be awarded the PCE Grand Prix 2015, as well as a second and a third prize. The names of the winners will be announced the same day.
12. The author of the Grand Prix will receive a cheque for 8.000 € as well as a bronze trophy created by the Belgian artist Ever Meulen. The second and the third prize receive 1.000 € each.
13. The prizes will be awarded during the opening ceremony of the International Cartoon Festival at Knokke-Heist in July 2015.

PRESS CARTOON EUROPE (PCE) 2015

1. La participation au PCE est gratuite

2.     Les dessins que vous nous soumettrez sont parus dans le courant de l’année 2014 dans des médias imprimés ou électroniques.

Chaque dessin participant au PCE est accompagné du nom du journal dans laquelle et la date à laquelle il est paru.

3. Chaque dessin participant au PCE fait obligatoirement mention des données personnelles du dessinateur/dessinatrice : nom d’artiste, prénom, nom, adresse complète, numéros de téléphone, courriel (adresse e-mail), éventuellement nom de site.
4. Vos dessins, trois au maximum, doivent nous parvenir au plus tard le mardi 31 décembre 2014.
5. Seulement les dessins qui sont inscrit par le site http://www.presscartoon.com/submission peuvent participer au
   Press Cartoon Europe
6. Tout texte dans une langue autre que le français, l’anglais, l’allemand ou le néerlandais, doit être traduit dans une des langues précitées.
7. Le comité de sélection du PCE désignera, parmi tous les dessins envoyés,
   50 nominés au grand prix PCE. Les créateurs de ces dessins seront mis au courant.
8. Le PCE sera autorisé à exposer tous les dessins nominés au Festival International du Cartoon à Knokke-Heist (Belgique) pendant les mois d’été 2015, et à les publier dans l’annuaire des meilleurs dessins de presse européens 2014.
9. Le PCE pourra disposer librement des dessins nominés pour toute publication ou communication en rapport avec le prix : communiqués de presse, affiches, annonces d’événements organisés par le PCE, tels qu’expositions, colloques, etc.
10. Le jury, composé de journalistes de plusieurs pays européens se réunira le jeudi 13 février 2015 à Bruxelles pour choisir les meilleurs dessins :
    le « Grand Prix » plus un deuxième et un troisième prix. Les noms des gagnants seront rendus publics le jour même.
11. L’auteur du Grand Prix se verra offrir un chèque de 8.000 € et un trophée en bronze, créé par l’artiste belge Ever Meulen. Les deux autres prix valent 1.000 € chacun.
12. La remise du prix aura lieu à l’occasion de l’ouverture du Festival International du Cartoon à Knokke-Heist en juillet 2015.
